COSMOPTIX
Cosmoptix is an eyewear brand created under the theme of design for the planet, turning space debris into meaningful design. From the eyewear case and lens cloth to a card-style package that embodies the brand’s philosophy, every detail was carefully designed.
A dynamic logo motion captures the essence of the brand, while a rotating display highlights the unique titanium material reclaimed from decommissioned satellites.
The brand name, cosmoptix, combines cosmos and optix, symbolizing the universe and the lens. By using titanium, one of the primary materials of space debris, the frames are both durable and sustainable.
Cosmoptix is a brand for everyone designed without boundaries, just like space itself, and especially tailored for the lifestyle of digital nomads who live beyond physical limitations.

Penguin books cover system
I present a new book cover design system that reimagines the founding spirit of Penguin Books with a contemporary perspective. This project goes beyond simply redesigning the appearance of a book; it is about deeply studying the habits and behaviors of Penguin’s readers who prefer paper books, and respecting the unique sensory experience of reading.
The cover design was inspired by the common habit of folding the edges of pages to take notes or mark a place. By treating the folded mark not as damage but as a visual language, the design celebrates books as objects for both reading and recording memories. The bookmark was created by merging Penguin’s iconic logo with the act of folding paper, allowing the brand identity to become part of daily use. To further enhance the tactile experience, a book holder ring was designed by piercing the center of the Penguin logo, enabling readers to slip their finger through for more comfortable reading.
Finally, a poster was designed using folded paper patterns, creating a visual rhythm that seamlessly connects the front cover with the back design. Altogether, these elements embody an effort to honor the joy of reading paper books while carrying Penguin’s heritage into a new era of design.

Promote spring
This project aimed to promote the season of spring by interpreting it through three senses—smell, sound, and taste—based on interviews directly conducted with citizens on the street.
These sensory impressions were visualized through the imagery of blooming flowers, translating everyday experiences of spring into a direct and accessible design language. The project was conducted as a cross-disciplinary collaboration with students from other departments, engaging in the entire process from reference research to concept development, design execution, and final completion.
What makes the project even more significant is that the outcome took the form of billboard series, bringing the concept to life in a public and impactful medium. The process concluded with a professional presentation at an actual agency, highlighting not only the final work but also the value of collaboration, creativity, and interdisciplinary synergy.

Rainbow bridge
This brand was created to improve the unfriendly pet culture in an era where the number of pet owners is higher than the number of people who have children, and its name was inspired by the expression that pets cross the rainbow bridge when they pass away.
I designed a pet memorial kit that includes a keyring, an album, and letters written to pets, allowing owners to preserve and cherish their memories.
Furthermore, the brand was expanded through an exhibition that displayed these letters and memorial items, creating a space where personal remembrance grows into a shared cultural experience.

Terrarlia
As part of a cross-disciplinary collaboration, I was responsible for the branding aspects of the What if project. My role focused on creating the logo, typeface, and overall visual identity design. The name Terralia is derived from the fusion of ‘Terra’ (meaning Earth) and ‘-lia’ (meaning place), symbolizing an artificial ecosystem. This concept envisions a speculative world where human interaction with wildlife is banned due to mass extinction and ongoing threats to biodiversity.
To embody and communicate this speculative vision,
I designed and produced a brochure that guides viewers through these artificial ecosystems, enhancing the experience of exploring them while raising awareness about environmental conservation.

What if the apocalypse had already begun?
This project reimagines survival in a future society through branding design that turns emergency essentials into a meaningful object.
The survival kit, actually produced, contains fever reducer, cold relief, headache and digestive medicine. Each item is packed in sustainable tin cases and paper, like a time capsule protecting humanity’s health. With a retro-futuristic aesthetic, the design bridges past visions of tomorrow with the urgent needs of today.
It is not only a survival tool, but also a branded artifact that speaks of resilience, sustainablity, and hope.

Gumini
This project was developed in collaboration with the design agency How&How, focusing on the creation of a holistic brand identity for a plant-based and organic gummy brand. Built around the concept of “mining gummies like gems”, the brand aims to deliver playful joy for children while reassuring parents with a wholesome and trustworthy choice.
From naming and identity to the overall visual system, the brand was designed to strike a balance between the imaginative world of children and the mindful values of parents. Sustainability was embedded into the brand through eco-friendly packaging materials that naturally decompose.
To bring the concept to life, the team produced a motion graphic moving poster and leveraged AI to generate jewel shaped gummy visuals that visually reinforce the brand’s narrative.

Vegan Ready-Meals & Smoothies system
Rebrand of allplants that retains the original word mark to preserve equity while introducing a new sun shaped symbol a mark of ingredients grown under sunlight. The identity is extended across a ready meal packaging system and a new ordering app developed for efficient, friction-free selection and checkout.
A related vegan smoothie second brand named allplus to mean a plus for everyone features a plus centric logo.
Within the main app design, ready-meal orders trigger smart smoothie pairing recommendations, aligning the two brands into one seamless experience.
To communicate the system dynamically, a motion graphic was created, including an animated mark, plus morph transitions, and looping story/reels, alongside a complete set of sns launch visuals and production ready packaging assets.

Sewingio
Sewingio is a contemporary tailoring brand designed for women in their twenties, defined by its colorful aesthetics and refined craftsmanship. The brand name originates from the fusion of “sewing”, representing the tradition of needlework, and “io”, a modern suffix that conveys innovation and digital sensibility.
The project encompassed the entire pre-branding process, culminating in the creation of the brand book design. As Art director, I shaped the brand’s visual and creative direction, establishing a distinctive identity that harmonizes playful color palettes with structured tailoring. In addition, I produced gif to enrich digital storytelling, extending the brand’s presence into motion and interactive formats. Sewingio redefines tailoring for a new generation where tradition meets innovation, and craft is expressed through bold, vibrant, and dynamic design.
